11.11
Frequency Friday goes live from Brooklyn.
A whole run of show from our Red Hook studio, Summit 68. The official launch of Nature's Fuel. And the first look at Frequency Garden: Shine On.
The day
One pause, felt around the world.
World Frequency Day happens every November 11. At 11:11 in the morning and again at 11:11 at night, local time, people everywhere stop and tune in together, through music, sound, mindfulness and community, so the moment rolls across every time zone.
It was created by The Frequency School, founded by Grammy-nominated producer Maejor, and first observed on 11/11/2025. This year, Frequency Friday joins in from Brooklyn.
On 11.11
Three things, one day.

The science
Frequency is a measurement, not magic.
Light Lab is our science partner. It keeps what we say on 11.11 grounded in what the evidence actually supports.
What a frequency is
How many times something repeats each second, counted in hertz. Sound is a vibration moving through air. Light is a wave too, and its frequency is what we see as color.
Plants run on light
Chlorophyll absorbs mostly blue and red light and turns that energy into food through photosynthesis. That's the bridge between Light Lab and Nature's Fuel, the ag side.
Light Lab
A frequency technology company behind a patent-pending light-frequency infusion process. It brings the science backing to the show and to Nature's Fuel.
Our rule
No miracle frequencies and no health claims. If science doesn't back it, we don't say it.
